How to make honey cake
Beat the eggs, honey, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Melt the butter in the milk.
Separately, sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
Then add, a little at a time, the still hot milk and butter mixture alternating with the flour mixture.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
