How to make coconut pancakes
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the coconut milk, honey, salt and mix.
Add the flour, coconut flour and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Now cook the pancakes by placing a ladle of batter at a time in a lightly greased pan.
As soon as bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, turn it over and cook the other side as well. Gradually stack the pancakes obtained by placing them on top of each other in a flat plate.
Serve the coconut pancakes with melted chocolate and coco flakes on top.
