I kind of ate my fingers to try the popcorn model, which is still circulating everywhere .... so I scratched ....

Because I had the apples ready for this fall, the whole thing took less time.

I cut the dough into two rounds of about 26 cm. I mixed the apples with walnuts, then I filled the surface of the dough, I placed the second sheet and then I played a little and it came out what you will see in the pictures. I don't know how to explain in words how I did it, no one explained it to me either, only what I saw in a photo.

I put the pie in the pan, I put it in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes on moderate heat. When it started to brown, I greased it with egg yolk mixed with milk and sprinkled brown sugar.
