When you have put all the mayonnaise, start adding the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder. Put a tablespoon at a time in the rain. Also, the movement must be slow to get a very fluffy dough. Once the basic dough results, if you want to make like me, you have to put aside a third of the dough. It remains as it is and will be used to prepare shit cake, but until then & # 8220follow & # 8221 of it :). The remaining two thirds are divided in two. One of the parts remains simple, in the other you put the two tablespoons of cocoa and mix well, also with slow movements.

Start assembling the zebra cake. You need a small cake form (18 cm), which you grease with butter and powder with flour. Put in the center, a spoon of simple composition. On top, also in the center, put a tablespoon of cocoa dough.

That is, put the remaining simple dough from the two thirds in a cake tray (sheet or silicone), and on top put the remaining cocoa dough. I assure you that it is more complicated to explain the movement than to perform it :).

Put the trays in the hot oven (all three trays fit me once & # 8211 one round, two rectangular). After 15 minutes, turn the heat up to 200 degrees Celsius and leave for another 15 minutes. In these first 30 minutes DO NOT open the oven! Then turn the cakes (to ensure even baking) and leave them for another 15 minutes, maximum 20 minutes. Here are the other two, classic and shitty. After removing the trays from the oven, do not cover them! Leave them for about 10-15 minutes and only then remove the cakes from the tray.

But you have to be patient to keep the dough in the fridge for at least an hour so that you can shape the cookies with semolina and cinnamon. The gray in the composition swells and the dough becomes moldable. The dough is not sticky at all and is very easy to shape, with dry hands.
