Tips sites

1

you can cut the very raw leaves in the middle in the soup, don't throw away the best.

2

taste the soup before putting the broth. gulia tastes sour, has a lot of vitamin C, put broth to taste. it is also a fasting recipe.

3

it is very good if you replace the broth with sour cream.
